Our 6 Founding Principles

HELPING YOU LIVE YOUR HEALTHIEST LIFE

At South Landing CrossFit, we have 6 “Founding Principles” that we feel encompass the WHY behind what we do. They are very much so the building blocks to who we are and how we strive to enhance the lives in the community around us. They are simple in nature, yet effective in practice.

1. movement

We help people literally “get up and move.” We run… jump… row… throw… drag… carry… we find movement that works for you, because we have realized life is just too short to sit still.

2. mobility

We strive to incorporate mobility daily to keep us PAIN FREE so that we can continue to do what we love. Mobility is our foundation.

3. Longevity

We are in this for the long haul. We incorporate long-term vision rather than a “quick fix” mentality.

4. nutrition

We love food…REAL FOOD. We break down nutrition for each individual and come up with a plan that works for you.

5. goals

We believe setting goals are a crucial component, as they give our movement purpose and direction. We set measurable, attainable, time sensitive goals to motivate and drive our movement.

6. community

We love the saying “if you want to go fast, go alone…but if you want to go far, go together.” THIS is what we are founded on. Our community joins together to help individuals go far in each individual’s health journey. You will never have to do this alone.

we love what we do.

We love seeing people take the initiative to live life fully…to go beyond what seems “possible” at the moment and find their “why” for both movement and life. For some, that might be to lose a certain amount of weight, or for others it might simply be the ability to run beside grandkids as they play on their bikes. The wonderful thing about movement is that regardless where you are at now, or where you want to go, we can scale up or scale down any form of movement or workout to meet your personal goals and to get you on track where you are going. A final challenge for you today:

what would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail?
