Shane loves seeing his clients unlock their full potential by using consistent, repeatable, and sustainable habits and actions. Coach Crissy is passionate about using health and fitness to empower the community around her. Fitness has been a large part of her life, as she was a former Division I gymnast for the University of Kentucky, and then immediately began coaching following her collegiate career. She is passionate about changing the dialogue around health, and creating a healthy relationship and mindset around fitness and nutrition. She loves helping clients celebrate what they CAN do, and helping them accomplish goals they never thought possible. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her spending time with her husband (Shane) and 3 kids or outside gardening or cooking up a new recipe.

Billy is a former basketball player, and has always been active. After finding the benefits to Strength Training early on, he has never looked back. Billy is passionate about finding sustainable habits for clients that set them up for long term success and by helping change the dialogue around health in our community. In his words: “Increasing your health allows you to serve people even deeper—that’s why I do what I do.” When Billy is not in the gym, you will likely find him spending time with his wife Amanda and son Bear.

Maddie Zaczyk

Coach

B.S. in Health Sciences, Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS), CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), CPR/AED Certified

Coach Maddie views training, health, and nutrition as gifts she gets to give to others, and she is so thankful that she has the opportunity to give that gift every day! Maddie didn’t grow up playing many sports, but she did swim for several years. Strength training connected with her more than any other sport ever did, and she loves getting to help people use this type of training as a tool to uncover their potential. Maddie has been married to her husband, Mike, since 2015, and they have two golden retrievers – Gray and Torrey – who are named after the first big mountains we ever hiked together. They love doing anything outside, working on projects around the house, and spending time with family and friends. And lifting weights, of course!

05

David Glies

Coach

CrossFit L1 (CFL1), USA Weightlifting L1 (USAW L1), National Strength And Conditioning Association, Tactical Strength And Conditioning Facilitator (in process- NSCA TSAC-F), CPR/AED Certified

When he was an infant his parents were told he would never be able to be physically active due to an emergency heart surgery he had as a newborn. Despite this, he grew up and gained the ability to be active and participate in athletics, and he’s seen the impact it can have on an individual. His hobbies outside of the gym include making knives, cooking & grilling for his family, and spending time with his wife and son. He loves what he does, and he loves being able to share it with others.

As a PTA of 14 years, one of her favorite parts of her career has been being able to care for someone during a time when they are hurting, and give them the resources they need to return to their prior level. Anna has also seen how health, fitness, and community can enrich someone’s life and even possibly prevent injuries/illness in the future. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with family and friends, doing anything outdoors (especially if water and sunshine are involved), and enjoying great food.
