01

Shane Glarrow

OWNER

PNL1 – Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified, CFSC – Certified Functional Strength Coach Level 1, CPR/AED Certified

Coach Shane takes a holistic approach to coaching by recognizing the connection between the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of Health & Performance. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete and then being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes as a teenager, he started exploring the relationship of Health & Performance inside his own training. Shane loves seeing his clients unlock their full potential by using consistent, repeatable, and sustainable habits and actions. When he is not at the facility, you can almost certainly find him spending time with his beautiful wife and children.

Coach Crissy is passionate about using health and fitness to empower the community around her. Fitness has been a large part of her life, as she was a former Division I gymnast for the University of Kentucky, and then immediately began coaching following her collegiate career. She is passionate about changing the dialogue around health, and creating a healthy relationship and mindset around fitness and nutrition. She loves helping clients celebrate what they CAN do, and helping them accomplish goals they never thought possible. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her spending time with her husband (Shane) and 3 kids or outside gardening or cooking up a new recipe.

Coach

CFSC – Certified Functional Strength Coach Level 1, PNL1 – Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified (in process), Physical Therapist Assistant, CPR/AED Certified

Coach Anna loves being in a profession that enables her to meet a variety of people from all different backgrounds. She loves being able to give individuals she works with the knowledge and tools they need to reach their health and fitness goals. She believes so many people aren’t even aware of what their bodies are capable of or how good they’re designed to feel. As a PTA of 14 years, one of her favorite parts of her career has been being able to care for someone during a time when they are hurting, and give them the resources they need to return to their prior level. Anna has also seen how health, fitness, and community can enrich someone’s life and even possibly prevent injuries/illness in the future. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with family and friends, doing anything outdoors (especially if water and sunshine are involved), and enjoying great food.
