What happens if I miss the cutoff date?
Cancellation: You will be billed for one additional cycle, and your membership will end after that.
Hold: You will still be billed for the upcoming cycle, and that time will be applied as a credit toward your next active month.
When is the cutoff date?
All membership pauses/cancellations must be submitted by the 15th of the month to take effect for the next billing cycle.
If your billing date is the 15th, changes must be submitted by the 1st of the month.
Can I pause for just part of a month or choose my own return date?
Unfortunately, no. Holds are for one full calendar month and will automatically resume the following billing cycle.
Will I still be charged if I don’t attend sessions?
Yes. Missed attendance does not relieve payment obligations that fall within your notice window.
What if my billing creates an unexpected financial burden (job loss, family emergency, etc.)?
