We’re grateful for the time you’ve spent training with us at Landing. If you need to cancel your membership or take a short break, please review the details below, then submit the form on this page.

Key Dates to Remember:
If billed on the 1st, submit by the 15th of the prior month.
If billed on the 15th, submit by the 1st of that month.

Common Questions


❓ What happens if I miss the cutoff date?

Cancellation: Your membership will end the following cycle.

Hold: The upcoming billing will still process, but the paid month will be credited toward your first month back.


❓ Can I pause for just part of a month or pick my own resume date?

No. Holds are for one full calendar month only. Your membership will automatically resume the following billing cycle after your hold month—no need to select a resume date.


❓ Will I still be charged if I don’t attend sessions?

Yes. Missed attendance does not relieve payment obligations that fall within your notice window.


❓ What if my billing creates an unexpected financial burden (job loss, family emergency, etc.)?
