👉 Showing Up Through Every Season: Christina & Forrest’s Story

For Christina and Forrest, getting started wasn’t about chasing a big goal or making a massive change.

It started with something simple… and very real.

“I was working from home in 2021, sitting at my desk all day, working too many hours, stressed out with a large workload… I really needed to start moving more and taking better care of my health.”

Like a lot of people, they knew they needed something… but weren’t quite sure what that looked like yet.

“We were looking for something more structured than going to a gym on our own. It’s easy to show up and wander around … it’s a lot harder to actually push yourself consistently without some accountability and a plan.”

Over the last 4+ years, what started as a good idea turned into something much deeper.

A routine. A rhythm. A standard.

“Once something becomes part of your weekly rhythm, it stops being a decision you have to make every time.”

For them, it wasn’t about perfection. It was about showing up.

“We’ve been really intentional about protecting those three days … life gets busy, but we treat those classes like appointments we don’t cancel.”

And over time, that consistency started to pay off in ways that matter.

Life didn’t slow down. If anything, it got busier.

Pregnancy. Parenthood. Career demands. But instead of stopping, they adapted.

“We alternate classes so one of us is always with our daughter.”

Training became even more valuable.

“We each get a few hours a week that are just ours … no work, no to-do list, no parenting responsibilities. That time has become really valuable. It’s our outlet.”

For Christina, the impact goes far beyond the gym.

It shows up in the moments that matter most.

“It’s very common at any age to hurt your back picking up a child all day… I am so thankful for the core exercises and strength training at the gym to help minimize that for me.”

For Forrest, the biggest change wasn’t just physical. It was everything that came with it.

“When our daughter was born, I was on top of the world emotionally … but physically I didn’t feel great. Getting back to consistent training changed that completely. Feeling good physically has had a compounding effect on everything else. I have more energy, more patience, and honestly, I feel like a better dad and husband because of it.

This is what it looks like when training fits your life:

  • It supports you through different seasons
  • It adapts when life changes
  • It gives you energy instead of taking it away

And most importantly…

It helps you show up better for the people who matter most.
