Full Year Overview
Last year was an incredible year and we are going to be building off of it right away.
We wanted to give you a view of our entire year and in a separate article we will break down Cycle 1 and what you can expect to see there. Click here if you’d like to look over our Cycle 1 preview.
The most important thing to know is that we will be very intentional with every training session this year, and in order to do that we will have 3 major blocks of training with 3 different focus points that will all build upon one another.
Block 1
- When: January – April
- Focus: Building all around strength and conditioning that we can build off of in block 2
Block 2
- When: May – August
- Focus: Conditioning will increase and we will be pushing our strength numbers up on our big lifts like Back Squat and Bench Press
Block 3
- When: September – December
- Focus: Peaking in both strength and conditioning. You will see a higher intensity than Block 1 and a higher volume of training than Block 2.
The goal of each training block is to ensure that we are ending the year better in each of the following areas:
- Technique and Movement Quality
- Strength
- Body Composition
- Endurance and Aerobic Health
- Fitness
- Mobility and Flexibility
Full Body Training
The biggest takeaway our team had in 2024 is that FULL BODY TRAINING is king.
Many of you have 2-4 days a week in your schedule to train, and we understand this and want to make the most of the hours you commit.
Using full body training allows us to maximize those workouts and ensure that we are not leaving any stones unturned in the process.
With our full body approach to training you can expect us to hit the 6 major movement patterns (squat, bend, single leg, push, pull, and core) 2 or more times every week.
This will ensure you are hitting every muscle you care about in your training while increasing your ability to move well and feel great in the process.
Every training cycle of the year will have a similar flow to it with adjustments every month to make sure we are focusing on a specific quality without losing all of the results you achieved in the previous training cycles.

- Focus on prioritizing the best possible sleep and nutrition you can.
- Find the best days for you to train and stay consistent on those every week. Make consistency a priority.

- Plan to build for a year and not a month. Having a long term vision for your year will do incredible things for you.
